Founded in 2019, DACOM GmbH has established itself as a leading company for turnkey fiber optic projects in Germany. With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and innovative technologies, we have successfully completed numerous projects and gained the trust of municipalities, businesses, and private households.
2019 – The Beginning
DACOM starts as a fiber optic specialist, working on its first projects for NOKIA in Stuttgart-Botnang.
2020 – Growth as a Trusted Partner
Signing the first contracts with German Network Construction GmbH (GNC) and launching turnkey FTTH projects.
2021 – Expanding Our Capabilities
– First engagement as a general contractor (GU) for Goetel GmbH
– Investment in cutting-edge technology, including the high-performance HDD drilling machine Vermeer D24x40
– Completion of 14 additional towns
2022 – Major Projects & Success
– Successful execution of large-scale fiber optic projects in Staufenberg, Söhrewald, and Breuna, valued at €10 million
– Expansion completed in 12 towns
2023 – Expansion & Increased Efficiency
– Further growth in company structure
– Expansion of our machinery fleet for even more efficient project execution
2024 – Digitalization & Quality Management

DACOM currently employs over 150 staff members, with plans to expand to up to 250 employees as part of our Agenda 2026.
